THE ASK

While working for MRM//McCann, Maceo was tasked with management of the international portfolio of sites for Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC.

THE CHALLENGE

A global client list. Multiple, renowned brands.  Distinct regions and markets with different characteristics and requirements.  The task was one of website development and rollout, as well as production services via an offering called DCP, or Digital Content Production.  A model was enabled where two main technical offices–one in Frankfurt, one in Detroit, would develop the shared software to be inherited by the local offices, where the local offices would be served by regional market support teams providing localized digital content production.

THE RESULT

Worked with the client to establish a global steering committee and pipeline of requests and shared roadmap across a single, shared platform.  Worked through support offices in Bangkok, Dubai, Buenos Aires, Frankfurt, New York City and Detroit. Delivered tens of complete sites across Latin America, and converted the rest into a centralized, daily operation to service client needs, as well as standing up a durable, globalized service model.
